By order of Spanish Air Lines, the document is based on the needs and Iberia’s schedule, meeting the targets set by the General Plan of Urban Development of Madrid consisting in making compatible the extension of the actual installations with the necessary preservation of the banks of Jarama river and its empowerment as a natural element destined for recreation and expansion, is formulated.

Road access connections are resolved with N-II highway.
