Intervention in a building with Integral Protection. It was designed by the architect Antonio Mayo in 1903.

Rehabilitation values and enhances the singularities of the property, seeking a sustainable and controlled intervention that improves the quality of the building and its relationship with the environment.

Façade and roof are restored and a prismatic glass element is built in the courtyard to install a new lift.
