Refurbishment of a dwelling building with Integral Protection. A sustainable intervention is seeking to obtain the most satisfactory results.

Building was designed by Aníbal Álvarez in 1827.  All common areas, that were damaged to different degrees,  will be renovated.

Façade and roof are restored and a prismatic glass element is built in the courtyard to install a new lift.
