Restoration and intervention in a building declared as an Asset of Cultural Interest, therefore, what has been proposed respect and enhances the features of the building.

On regards to the urban design, the church is enhanced as both a reference and activities focus as its north façade will be the façade of a new public square, increasing the contemplative space of the monument.

The materials that will be used in the façades are ceramic, like most of the buildings of the surroundings, but using the most current techniques in façade construction.
